The Curio connects fashion talent with curious consumer audiences. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive community that desires to explore their creativity and engage with like-minded individuals. We facilitate a wide range of events that encourage people to get out and get inspired. To see, meet, and interact with Chicago’s rising fashion talents and explore the city’s unique creative environment.

We produce about 15 events annually including fashion shows, fashion industry socials, tastemaker talks, retail events, and custom collaborations. By the end of 2024, we had showcased over 30 Chicago-based fashion designers in various events, collaborated with influential leaders and brands, and worked to unite the Chicago fashion community.

We also have a Curio Membership program that provides access to industry members and consumers to all of our events - many of which are not otherwise open to the public, including our highly desired quarterly Fashion Socials and Behind-The-Seams retail events hosted by Chicago designers as well as some custom collaborations.
