ALL WE REMEMBER:
A collective founded on the belief that marrying innovative design and responsible ecological production is the best way forward. This ethos is encapsulated in their tagline: future | nature | forms.
The team at ALL WE REMEMBER design their garments and accessories with an array of genders and bodies in mind. They believe in the relationship between clothing and its wearer: relaxed silhouettes and drawstring waists allow for adaptability based on personal preference and the movement of style over time.
THE FAIR COURT:
Courtney Pentimalli, the gal behind The Fair Court built her brand around her favorite form of creative expression - getting dressed! She always felt putting together an outfit was similar to finalizing a puzzle, or creating a collage. It is the epicenter of her journey in experimentation with art, in a physical form. Initially, The Fair Court was a personal platform, but over time and with many inquiries into her styling tips and vintage secrets, Courtney now works to create capsule collections with makers, currently focusing on the "Play More" chore coat's collection in partnership with Mister Baby Vintage.
MISTER BABY VINTAGE:
Jess DePaul of Mister Baby Vintage is a graphic designer and embroidery artist in Chicago with a love for all things vintage, bold, and floral. She adds one-of-a-kind custom embellishments to vintage clothing using her antique hand-cranked chainstitch embroidery machine. Jess will be on-site live chainstiching your pieces, creating a one-of-a-kind piece of art just for you.
MS AMY TAYLOR
A Chicago-based artist working to change the industry-wide practice of designing clothing to sexualize, shame, and hide femme bodies by designing clothing that fluctuates with our ever-changing bodies, and making pieces that makes us feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful.
Amy will be bringing her collection of naturally-dyed silk garments and natural dye kits to the event.
